Habilidades Gerenciales y Calidad Educativa en Educación Superior: una Revisión Sistemática
Managerial Skills and Educational Quality in Higher Education: A Systematic Review

La gestión universitaria ha adquirido un papel central en la mejora de la calidad educativa, especialmente en contextos donde las instituciones de educación superior enfrentan crecientes exigencias de acreditación, innovación y desempeño académico. Este artículo presenta una revisión sistemática de la literatura, de enfoque cualitativo, desarrollada según el protocolo PRISMA 2020 y sintetizada mediante análisis temático de los hallazgos. El objeto de estudio son las habilidades gerenciales y su relación con la calidad educativa universitaria. La búsqueda se realizó en Scopus entre enero de 2021 y julio de 2026, identificó 312 registros iniciales y la selección final quedó conformada por 17 estudios publicados entre 2021 y 2024. Los resultados muestran que las habilidades gerenciales se estructuran en cuatro dimensiones centrales: liderazgo transformacional, competencias estratégicas, comunicación y gestión organizacional, y gobernanza académica. Estas dimensiones inciden en procesos como la acreditación, el desempeño docente, el clima institucional y la satisfacción del estudiante. A partir de estos hallazgos se propone un modelo conceptual que sintetiza dichas relaciones. El artículo ofrece evidencia actualizada y comparada para la toma de decisiones, la formulación de políticas y la formación de líderes en educación superior.
