We verify the accuracy of the productions of our Authors through the anti-plagiarism program Turnitin, which is a system that promotes the process of writing with integrity to prevent plagiarism, contrasting the content of articles with information published on the Internet, printed sources and their own archive, composed of articles and research of all academic levels, of which we accept only those articles that are below 10%.

Valuation criteria

Plagiarism is defined as the use of ideas, graphics, phrases and paragraphs of published works without the authorship being explicitly recognized to differentiate the original work from the work cited. Plagiarism is committed when, intentionally or unintentionally, works or ideas of others are presented as if they were ours, detecting the lack of academic integrity.

To ensure the veracity and reliability of the articles / essays, the Editorial Academic Committee of the Revista Scientific, together with the Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo INDTEC, C.A., is governed by the following Criteria:

Analysis Criteria:

In order to guarantee the authenticity and correct origin of the information in the document, acceptable parameters of similarity and certain guidelines have been established regarding the percentage.

It is emphasized that, after manually reviewing the delivered document, it is corroborated that the citations and texts are correctly referenced or, failing that, if it is truly an information usurp, this judgment must be determined by the analyst or coordinator responsible for the check of the article / essay.

Criteria for assessing the percentage of similarity of content:

Although these similarity assessment criteria are subject to modification by autonomous management of the requesting area, it is estimated that in high similarity percentages, the authorities will be notified and a corresponding attention call will be made in order to comply at an optimal and real level of the article / essay grade.
