This study evaluates the institutional climate and job satisfaction at the Unidad Educativa Patrimonio de la Humanidad in Quito, Ecuador during 2023-2024. A cross-sectional and descriptive research design with a mixed approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative methods. A structured survey was applied to a sample of 72 teachers. The results indicate that 62% of respondents perceive limitations in knowledge of institutional goals, 54% report insufficient integration and cooperation among members, and 65% indicate a lack of recognition from authorities. Additionally, 76% report inadequate training for new job demands. It is concluded that it is necessary to improve internal communication, promote teamwork, and strengthen staff recognition to enhance the organizational climate and job satisfaction. The study contributes to knowledge about evaluating institutional climate and job satisfaction in education, providing insights to improve management practices in educational institutions.
