Administrative contributions for the publication

Publish in the Revista Scientific, does not involve costs for the author or authors who submit their work for consideration (the journal is financed with the contribution of the Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo INDTEC, C.A.). The manuscript must be sent along with the requested documents to the author (such as: the Letter of Originality, the Letter of Assignment of Rights filled and signed, the Statement of Conflict of Interest, the Resume of the author and co-author of the manuscript, the digital image of the national identity document (in color) and the Article or Essay adapted to the template of the Scientific Magazine, complying with the Guidelines of the author (in case of Program or Project, it must be fill out the Program or Project Declaration Form).

• The Revista Scientific is an open access journal entirely free for readers and authors, which favors the reuse and self-archiving of its articles in databases, repositories, directories and international information systems, which promotes a greater exchange of information global knowledge. This means that the journal does not charge authors for sending articles, nor for publishing them once accepted. Nor readers to access their content. (In accordance with the decision made by the board of the Instituto Internacional de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico Educativo INDTEC, C.A., on April 1, 2019).
