The present research article was developed with the purpose of describing Corporate Social Responsibility in the context of Labor Relations and its context to generate attitudinal changes and transformations in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) that have an impact on the transformation of business processes, for production and productivity, contributing to social welfare and the environment, having an impact on the quality of individual life. This research is justified as an emerging vision of the new realities of the business context of SMEs. Theoretically, it allows to relate the variables, corporate social responsibility, labor relations and SMEs, which will serve as a reference and support for other research related to the topic addressed. Methodologically, the hermeneutic method was used, guided by a documentary methodology by reviewing the available bibliography on the subject, with a descriptive bibliographic design supported by a qualitative paradigm. The population subject to study is made up of interviews of six businessmen at random, the discursive analysis of the interviews by the documentary sources, coming from diverse means such as: books, magazines, thesis, internet, articles. The results obtained infer that the transformation of business policies and CSR in the context of labor relations and with the environment should involve responsible and spontaneous practice on the part of companies and not as an imposition of the State, to achieve a vision holistic and systemic with respect to CSR, satisfying the needs and demands of their environment.
