This context deepens the promotion of new values, without discrimination existing, since personal, ethical, social and ethical moral judgments have shaped the practice of existential man through history. One of these criteria attends the annexation of the training of teaching and evaluative dimension, involving in turn values ​​such as creativity, innovation, flexibility, participation and competitiveness. Educators should be trained to assume responsibility for educational practice for a competitive society in a positive social model, ie a profile according to lead by values.
