Educational Management: Didactic Strategies for Educational Quality at Carlos Alberto Flores School (Yaguachi, 2025)

The study analyzes educational management and the use of didactic strategies to improve educational quality at the “Carlos Alberto Flores” Basic Education School (Yaguachi, 2025). Its objective was to identify limitations in community participation, institutional communication, and teacher training, and to propose corrective actions. A mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) was employed with an inductive method and non-experimental descriptive-exploratory field design. The population included 340 members of the educational community; the quantitative sample comprised 188 legal representatives and the qualitative sample included 8 teachers and 3 administrators. The results revealed low family participation (28,2% never attend meetings), deficient communication, and insufficient teacher training, which generated dissatisfaction and the predominance of traditional methodologies. The pilot program “Educational Triad in Action”, validated quasi-experimentally, achieved 82% family attendance, a 37 point increase in community satisfaction, and a 1,2 point improvement in academic performance. It is concluded that educational quality depends on inclusive and participatory management that integrates administrators, teachers, and families through innovative didactic strategies, offering a replicable model for similar institutions.
