Synergistic Interactionism: VUCA/BANI Environments and Artificial Intelligence in Education

Interaccionismo Sinérgico: Entornos VUCA/BANI e Inteligencia Artificial en la Educación

Abstract

When consulting the Dictionary of the Spanish Language (DEL, 2022): the words Interaction and Synergy, among their corresponding meanings, indicate the first “action that is reciprocally exercised between two or more objects, people, agents, forces, functions, etc. ” (p. 1); and in the second “action of two or more causes whose effect is greater than the sum of the individual effects” (p. 1); coinciding in initially denoting that there must be a result of doing or movement (both linked as meanings of the word Action according to the DLE) between at least two entities that converge to address and interactively move through events, processes and activities to achieve individual, collective or organizational goals.
