This study examines Rappi Express's strategies in Quevedo, Ecuador, analyzing its impact on the local home delivery market. Through a qualitative methodology that includes literature review, interviews, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, Rappi Express's performance since its arrival in 2016 is evaluated. The results reveal that Rappi Express has achieved a solid market position thanks to its local partnerships, service quality, and attractive promotions. However, it faces challenges such as limited expansion and security concerns. The research highlights the importance of staff training and technological adaptation in Rappi Express's success. A five-year strategic plan is proposed that includes objectives such as expanding geographic coverage, diversifying services, and strengthening delivery security. It concludes that Rappi Express is well-positioned to maintain its leadership in Quevedo, provided it continues to innovate and adapt to local needs. This study contributes to the understanding of delivery strategies in emerging markets and offers recommendations to improve competitiveness in the sector.
