Abstract

In this new 21st century, post-positivist studies are being carried out with the purpose of approaching the compression and analysis of the dynamic behavior of the individual within organizations, through the application of humanistic and holistic methods, in which the internal intervening processes such as external, they are seen as a whole, also with the aim of obtaining the maximum levels of compression of man within society. In this analytical compendium, as well as documentary, a reflection on the essence of being is presented, so it should not remain fixed as a being without emotions, feelings, needs, on the contrary, it is important to take into account its qualitative elements, which they can not be measured or quantified from the positivist paradigm.
