Information and Communication Technologies and their influence on Inclusive Education

21st century education demands innovation and the need to attend to the diversity of all students; bearing in mind that to achieve this, the tools that allow them to meet the objective of promoting their integral participation in the school must be considered. Thus, this is being accomplished through the use of Information and Communication Technologies, these being a means of support in which their design and planning favor the creation of training spaces for which it will be taken into account that they do not cause the opposite effect on students in greatest need at school. Authors like: Elizondo (2020); Cabero-Almenara and Ruiz-Palmero (2018); Echeita (2007); Martínez (2018); and Moriña (2004): they argue in this section the current challenges in education and the influence of technology. With the aforementioned, it is considered that educational work should be based not only on the development of skills and abilities, but also on forming a more critical and prepared citizenry with opportunities to educate and self-educate considering the importance of ICT for the development of the teaching-learning process in each of the disciplines and in the role played by the teacher, the context and the students.
