This research aims to identify motivational strategies to improve the teaching-learning process of the Labor Training and Guidance (FOL) module in the Professional Accounting Figure for third-year Technical Baccalaureate students. A mixed methodological approach was used, combining quantitative and qualitative perspectives in the same study, along with descriptive, documentary, and field research. A survey was applied to 17 students from the Municipio de Loreto Educational Unit. Results indicate that 67% of respondents believe that a guide of motivational strategies would improve the FOL teaching process, while 100% strongly agree to use such a guide to enhance their practice and theoretical knowledge. A guide was designed with strategies such as collaborative projects, sociodramas, and direct observation, focused on topics like labor legislation, risk factors, and first aid. Expert validation showed high levels of acceptance in pedagogical, didactic, feasibility, and motivational aspects. It is concluded that the proposed motivational strategies can significantly strengthen the FOL teaching-learning process in accounting, better preparing students for their professional future.
