Technostress constitutes an emerging phenomenon affecting worker well-being in digitalized work environments, generating negative consequences on their performance and satisfaction. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between technostress and job satisfaction among university workers in Chiclayo, Peru during 2025. A quantitative approach with a non experimental cross-sectional design and descriptive-correlational method was applied. The sample consisted of 367 university faculty members selected through non probabilistic convenience sampling, who were administered questionnaires to assess technostress dimensions and job satisfaction. Results showed that fatigue and inefficacy dimensions presented the highest technostress levels, while anxiety showed the lowest levels. Regarding job satisfaction, social relationships and employment benefits dimensions registered the highest dissatisfaction indices. A moderate and statistically significant negative correlation was identified between both variables, allowing the conclusion that higher technostress levels correspond to lower job satisfaction levels among university teaching staff.
