Management Leadership through the EFQM Model using Data Analytics in Virtual Environments

This study analyzes the implementation of data analytics in virtual learning environments to improve directive management at Unidad Educativa Salinas Innova in Ecuador. The research, based on the EFQM model and ISO standards, adopts a mixed methodology (quantitative-qualitative) that includes systematic literature review, semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and expert validation. A control dashboard prototype was developed in Microsoft Power BI to monitor key performance indicators. Results revealed significant differences in student interactions across subjects, with an adjusted R² of 0,130, and positive expert evaluation of the dashboard in areas such as accessibility (9,67/10) and user interface (10/10). It concludes that integrating analytical tools in virtual environments significantly improves directive decision-making, enabling more efficient data-driven management.
