Abstract

The study was developed with the purpose of elaborating a program on the exercise of the Authority-Affect, directed to the parents for the establishment of norms in the use of the Internet of their children of the Educative Unit Department Libertador in Barquisimeto State Lara. The research was of projective type of field of descriptive character. The population was 60 parents surveyed with a dichotomous questionnaire with answers of alternatives Yes and No. The validity was made through the technique of expert judgments, for instrument validation and reliability Kuder Richardson his score was 0.8377 (high reliability). Likewise, descriptive statistics were used by means of the percentage technique, the values ​​were analyzed according to the responses issued by the subjects under study. The presentation was made through tables by dimensions and bar graphs. Among the findings were: parents surveyed do not handle authority, nor communicate in an operative way with their children, paying little attention to the affective part; there is also evidence of lack of Authority-Affect exercise as a hierarchical level to develop norms in the Internet use of their children. These results warranted the design of the established program.

María Viscencia Gil: Born in Venezuela. Exit as a classroom teacher in 1979, from the school of teachers Miguel José Sanz worked in the Basic subsystem for a period of 27 years. At the same time, he studies distance studies in the Professional Improvement of the Magisterium graduating as an integral professor of Natural Sciences. Performs training studies in the pedagogical extension Barquisimeto 5th level. Continued postgraduate studies in behavioral guidance at the psychological, sexological institute of Venezuela, Barquisimeto campus, graduating as a magister in Behavioral Orientation. He started teaching activities at the Antonio José de Sucre technological institute in Barquisimeto. It receives training in Educational Research Industrial safety in the modality of diploma and in platform SAIA. He is currently studying doctoral studies in the science of education, culminating the academic stage and the thesis process. He combines his work in technology with a motor project of the INCES program in a work of attention with special young people. With respect to the line of research of doctoral degree work is participatory leadership for the transformation of society, having as a foundation education and its transformation in the educational field.
