Abstract

The SCIENTIFIC Journal of the International Institute for Research and Technological Development of Education (INDTEC, CA), presents its scientific and refereed journal, in its fourth edition, through which results of research carried out in the university field are published, promoting reflection and exaltation Of the values ​​of the ecosystem in the socio-educational field.

The objective of the journal is to generate an academic space for reflection, analysis and debate on the part of academics and non-academics in relation to the most urgent issues and problems on Education, Social Sciences and Educational Technology. In addition to disseminating information - research and academic and non-academic events; National and international organizations about the different activities that are part of the thematic axis of the journal, encouraging dialogue and critical reflection, establishing a bridge between the academic community, public and private sectors, national and international institutions and people interested in these hot Topics.

Research is a challenge in times of transformation of education at a global level, by promoting a research culture from the dynamics of everyday life. Education at the University and Basic levels deepens actions as a State policy in favor of quality education, placing the teacher as the protagonist of improving the quality of education, by looking at pedagogical practices from the perspective of critical reflection And visionary to value the system as a complex and interdependent framework.

From this perspective different organizations or research networks are created, where teachers have the possibility of generating research as contextualized methodological tools that give answers to the needs prioritized in the educational scenario. In fact, these research networks at the international, national, regional, and institutional levels have programmed diverse events that aim to promote a meeting space between educators for the discussion, construction, production and socialization of research that transform education.

Research from the school or university, is a permanent training space, is the guiding action of each teacher, is the rebirth of professional motivation to conceive research in the being and the pedagogical doing, where the technological tools are at Service as a resource for learning; Given the prevailing need to adapt the educational event as close to the knowledge society, consistent with the advances of science, technology and the characteristics in which it develops.

The research implies the construction and reconstruction of pedagogical theories contextualized by the authors and co-authors that promote other ontological alternatives. To the extent that this happens, as a positive consequence, we will be transforming education from the local; Only this way activates the responsible and committed participation of educators when assessing the capacity to create and contribute for a quality education as a human right.

Aware of the need for ongoing teacher training, much has been said about the role of the research teacher, but in practice it did not transcend theory. However, the national effort, with the training policies, outlines the pedagogical research of the teachers who make active life in the school, in the mediation of the learning processes through the experiences, so that the research is a Creative and innovative act that in its essence has practical use.

Interesting attempts are taken as a commitment in this issue and for this reason: How much are we doing to boost research from school or university? What can we do to ensure that research transcends the administrative approach of academia and responds within the framework of public education policy? What is the level of commitment to the emergence of the research culture and be able to systematize the educational process? There are many questions that can arise in the freedom of thought and the readings that break into the hermeneutics of the pedagogical sciences that overcome the gap between theory and educational practice, between being and doing, between saying and reflecting , Between investigating and driving the transformer.
