Findings highlight that the pedagogical and emotional competencies of tutors, the personalization of academic support, and the systematic implementation of tutoring are essential for improving academic performance. The analysis revealed significant improvements in grades and content understanding among students who participated in regular tutoring programs. Additionally, the integration of educational technologies and cooperative learning were identified as best practices to optimize tutoring. The study also points out the importance of adapting tutoring to specific cultural contexts and ensuring its sustainability through integration into the existing educational infrastructure.
