Management Strategies of Quality and Productivity: Two Options for Educational Management

The objective of this paper is to identify management strategies of quality and productivity as two options to improve educational management in University City and State Education Trujillo, in order to provide quality education and excellence as a human right for the formation integral of the individual, promoting an environment for meaningful learning, where it can exercise a range of items such as: decision making, leadership, motivation, pursuit of excellence. This study was based on documentary research and came to the following conclusion: you need a support structure to implement policy, setting standards, allocate resources and measure learning outcomes so as to achieve the best possible impact on productive learning and quality for all.
