The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) since its creation in the 1990s, has been recognized for its valuable contribution to monitoring business strategy. However, it does not contemplate the integration of management tools that fit their perspectives, which would provide a complete system of administrative tools to successfully run an organization. For this reason, continuing to deepen this line of research is important and this study faces the following problem: How to integrate the main business management tools for decision making? The objective of the study was to design a business management platform using the BSC as the basis for an integrated system of tools. The methodology was framed at the descriptive, cross-sectional and observational level. Interviews with experts were applied and a documentary review supported by a matrix of categories was carried out. As a result, an integrated system of management tools was designed that uses the perspectives of the BSC as a platform, which benefits managerial decision-making. The proposal represents a starting point for its application in organizations that require a platform that integrates management tools in the exercise of their daily operations.
