This study analyzes the relationship between leadership styles in educational management and organizational climate at the “Carlos Alberto Flores Rodríguez” Educational Unit. A mixed methodology was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, with validated surveys applied to 12 teachers and 60 students. Results indicate that democratic leadership is associated with a healthier organizational climate, while autocratic leadership tends to be perceived as restrictive. 55% of teachers prefer an autocratic style, in contrast to 60% of students who favor a liberal approach. Both groups agree on low participation in decision-making and regular communication. Intervention strategies such as democratic leadership training and teacher mentoring are proposed to optimize educational management and promote a positive environment. It is concluded that inclusive and participatory leadership is essential for the well-being of the educational community and students' academic performance.
