Educational management is fundamental for academic performance. This research analyzed its impact on pedagogical processes to improve performance in language, literature, and mathematics at “Las Vegas” Educational Unit, Sucumbíos, Ecuador (2023). The objective was to elevate performance through quality standards in school management and teacher performance. A mixed approach was employed, incorporating qualitative and quantitative elements, with a descriptive scope, using bibliographic and field research. Observation and survey techniques were applied to a sample of 75 participants. The results revealed strengths in leadership and school climate, but deficiencies in pedagogical management and community participation. Teacher dissatisfaction with feedback and professional development was identified. It was concluded that strengthening the school environment and improving educational management are crucial for academic success. Activities such as workshops to promote positive relationships among students and development of policies for effective school management were proposed, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration and adequate resource allocation for successful implementation.
