The study addresses digital teacher optimization to improve administrative management at the "Carlos Larco Hidalgo" Educational Unit. The research is based on the need to develop digital competencies in educators to face the challenges of an increasingly digitalized educational environment. The objective was to strengthen Digital Teaching Competence to improve administrative management during the 2023-2024 school year, focusing on the high school level. A qualitative methodology was employed, using observation and interviews with 25 teachers from the institution. The results revealed that digitalization significantly reduces time and effort in administrative tasks, improves communication, and allows quick and accurate access to important data. It was concluded that there is an urgent need for digital skills training among high school teachers, and that those with greater technological proficiency can better face the challenges of current education. The study highlights the importance of investing in technological infrastructure and providing continuous support to teachers to maximize the benefits of online education and improve efficiency in educational management.
